A-10 Cowling Moves to Air Zoo
On Wednesday, May 23, 2012 a team of servicemembers from the 110th Airlift Wing, Battle Creek Air National Guard Base, Battle Creek, Mich., transported and delivered a damaged A-10 Cowling to the Kalamazoo Air Zoo for display. The cowling was damaged by an Iraqi missile during the Iraq war in 2003 and members worked tirelessly to reconstruct an A-10 Cowling. (U.S. Air National Guard Photo by Master Sgt.
